 Verified Tip Top Roofing is a life saver! We came into our business after a rainstorm and found standing water in the building.  We new that with the possibility of more storms we needed to get a handle on where the water came from and what we needed to do to address it.  Verified Tip Top Roofing provided great service, had some shingle damage from a monsoon windstorm, contacted Lior at Tip Top Roofing and he was out the next day for an estimate, once I accepted the estimate his crew was out within two days. They did a great job and response time and professionalism was great, they also did some extra plastic cement maintenance on areas he noticed without charging extra.  Verified I found Tip Top Roofing on Yelp. I did not use the option to connect with them through the Yelp portal for an estimate, but like the feature. My company asked me to reach out and have the property inspected, especially after we had a previous roofing company misquote us and fail to do the work properly.

Lior, the owner, personally came out to inspect the roof, and I can't say enough about how helpful and honest he was. After feeling like we had been taken advantage of by the previous company, it was such a relief to have someone take the time to thoroughly look at the situation and give us an honest assessment.
What stood out to me most was his integrity. It's hard to find people you can truly trust, especially when dealing with costly repairs and situations where you don't always know who is giving you the right information.
