Our Tile Reset Process
1. Remove & Stage Tile
Tile is carefully lifted and staged so it can be reused. Broken pieces are set aside and replaced.
2. Replace Underlayment
Old underlayment is removed, the deck is checked, and new underlayment is installed.
3. Reset Tile
Tile is reinstalled, with ridge, hip and valley areas detailed. Around solar, penetrations are re-flashed.
4. Final Check
We inspect the finished roof and clean up the property.
